The real proof that a high-carb diet
is destroying your health
What's the single worst health problem that we have in the United States today? Is it an insurance crisis? Is it lack of exercise? Too much stress? Unseen electromagnetic influences? Diet? Big Pharma? Big Medicine? What's your answer?

Mine is hands down diet — specifically a diet too high in carbohydrates. If I were emperor of the U.S. I would prevent 80% of all diseases just by making carbohydrates illegal.
