I get a lot of questions about prostate problems. I love these questions, because I have great solutions for most these problems.
I recently received this letter from Bill a little while ago:
“I’ve been told by a urologist that I have an enlarged prostate, as well as a bladder problem. She recommends that I get surgery, something called a TURP. Do you recommend this procedure? I’m wary of surgery.”
Here’s what I told Bill….
Bill, I’m not against surgery, especially a TURP. It’s a very safe operation, as far as surgeries go. However, because of the dangers of surgery in general, any surgeon will tell you that if you can cure the problem without surgery, that is always the best course to take.
You can cure almost all prostate problems with diet and supplements. It really depends on how bad your condition is right now. I would say that if you need to get up at night to urinate more than four times, you might need the surgery. But if not, there’s an almost certain chance that you can avoid it.
All you have to do is follow a simple protocol for the next three months. Here’s the protocol I’ve found to work the best:
(1) Follow my recommendations for natural ways to treat prostate issues. It’s too long to list here. You can find these recommendations on my website.
(2) Get a juicer and combine 4 oz of fresh organic carrot juice, 4 oz of fresh organic green apple juice, and one teaspoon of fresh ginger. Take this three times a day.
(3) Lastly, change your diet so that you eat very little meat and dairy. Concentrate almost exclusively on fresh vegetables and fruit.
If you see improvement, just keep doing it until you can manage your symptoms. If you see no improvement, you probably need the surgery.
