Can probiotics lower your
blood pressure?
I've been a strong believer in probiotics for years. These are "friendly bacteria," which have lots of health benefits. They help restore a poor digestive system and improve your immune system. Now a breakthrough study tells us that these friends might do far more for us than simply push out the bad guys.
Researchers found that three strains of friendly bacteria caused positive changes in "hundreds of genes." The changes resembled the effects of certain medicines in the human body. These medicines include those that positively influence the immune system and medicines that lower your blood pressure.
That's right! These researchers found that probiotics can lower your blood pressure simply by modifying your genes in a positive, natural way.
One of my long-term mantras is that if a drug has an effect on your body, then God must have made a receptor for something natural. After all, petrochemicals were not part of our diet thousands of years ago. Here we have proof that this is true. Natural friendly bacteria have powers to cause positive changes in your body at the genetic level! This is the way nature had it planned. If you eat a good diet, your body will naturally harbor more friendly bacteria!

Of course, you can force the issue with a chemical. But chemicals bring great risk.
Instead, do it as nature intended and there's no risk. I like probiotics. Advanced Bionutritionals makes an excellent product that would be a good addition to your daily routine.
