Taking care of your health can get very complex at times, especially when it comes to your brain. The brain is so intricate, keeping it healthy seems like a difficult task. But sometimes, the simplest solutions work the best. And a new study shows just how simple it can be.
This study came from France, where researchers confirmed what I’ve told you for years – vitamins can preserve your memory!

These researchers, from the University of Paris, divided nearly 4,500 men and women between the ages of 45-60 into two different groups. One took a multiple vitamin. The other took a placebo. They followed these participants for a stunning 14 years! The nutrients contained vitamins C and E, selenium, zinc, and beta-carotene.
Before, during, and after the study period, the researchers had the participants take long-term memory tests. These tests had them recall words in different categories. The results showed that the active supplement takers consistently performed better on the long-term memory tests than placebos users.
Here’s another study, and a nice controlled, long-term one at that, showing benefits of supplements. They really do help keep your brain healthy. So if you’re looking to preserve your memory and brain function, take a broad-spectrum vitamin/mineral like Healthy Resolve.
But don’t stop there. Take additional nutrients that specifically target your brain to keep it in tip-top shape. I like Advanced Memory Formula. I don’t have memory problems, but it’s definitely improved my ability to recall names. Many people who use it find it very helpful in boosting their memory.
